We have an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised and customer focused individual to join our busy and friendly team in Huntingdon.

Working as a Service Delivery and Contractor Co-ordinator, you’ll be a key member of our WMR (waste management and recycling), Team. Dealing directly with our customers, you’ll co-ordinate their varied tankered waste service requirements. Working closely with our contract partners and internal sites, you’ll organise our work and deliver great results for our customers!

Alpheus (the commercial arm of Anglian Water Group) are a successful designer, builder and operator of water, waste water, and tankered waste recycling assets. We have been delivering compliant, cost effective, and reliable water and wastewater solutions for almost thirty years. We are continuing to grow our high-performance organisation both centrally in Huntingdon and across major sites in the UK.

Through our WMR department, we offer commercial and industrial customers a comprehensive range of tankered waste based services, as well as fully regulated disposal and recycling at our four treatment centres.


What will you be doing?

As our new Service Delivery and Contractor Co-ordinator, you’ll play a central role in our team, overseeing and monitoring the co-ordination of our planned and reactive waste brokerage services. Through best practice and good communication you’ll help ensure regulatory compliance and the successful and efficient completion of work for our customers. 

By evaluating different options and approaches to work, you’ll look for the leanest solutions and deliver excellent customer service by building proactive and strong relationships with our clients and contractors. You’ll also help ensure that our standards are upheld with the oversight of our audit and inspection records.


What do you need?

To be considered for this fulfilling position you’ll be positive and proactive and have excellent communication and organisational skills. Your ability to develop a balance between a personable and commercially driven approach will allow you to add tangible value to our business.

Good IT and numerical skills are important and experience in co-ordinating and planning operations and customer service would be an advantage.
